Integrative Massage

Many people are wonderfully surprised at how light they feel following this session. "I feel as if I can float out of here," exclaims Terri S. This massage is customized to your need by starting where you are having the most discomfort. Integrative massage combines Swedish Massage, Medical Massage and other styles. It provides you with multiple benefits that cater to your needs by spending more time on your areas of discomfort, then gently releasing restrictions. Integrative Massage offers more flexibility than a Swedish Massage, reducing pain, increasing circulation, building of your immune system and restoring your calm balance. Prices are $58.50 to $65 for each 55 minute session. The touch is medium or firm pressure (not deep pressure) with rich, moisturizing massage cream.

Deep Tissue Massage

This is especially for people who are in pain or who like to feel deep pressure. Specific work is done for pain relief of muscle spasms. This massage will also include all the Integrative Massage work mentioned above with even more benefits, including possible posture improvements and greater increases in your range of motion. This Deep Tissue Massage can give you that edge for your golf or tennis game, too! It is available for a brief 25 minute "Just the Spot Massage" or up to 90 minute sessions ranging from $45 to $120. This is wonderful relief!

Sciatica Therapy

Are you in pain from sciatica discomfort? Do you know someone who is suffering from it? This is probably one of the best treatments for pain relief in this metropolis. It is a combination of therapies. Most sciatica discomfort is caused by an inflamed hip rotator muscle that squeezes the sciatic nerve bundle against a bone. The pain or discomfort travels from the buttocks and down the side or back of the leg in the path of the sciatic nerve. Sometimes the cause is bone related and a doctor is needed. Flexible Cupping

Oh my, the stress relief is amazing! Feel the tiredness leave your body as the flexible massage cups glide over your back muscles. They gently lift the skin softening and shaping more flexibility. Request them to be included as part of your massage or try them for a 30 minutes back massage session. Either way, it's heavenly. Most people sleep like a baby after their first session of flexible cupping. This is why I nicknamed them, "The Sleep Enhancers".

Internal Adhesions External Scar Treatment

Injuries, whether accidents, surgical, or repetitive motion stress, may cause internal adhesions. A wonderful hot towel with aromatherapy and massage treatment is available to ease the tissue into greater elasticity. Whiplash is an example of internal adhesion restrictions at the top inside corner of the shoulder blade. They can be the cause of painful restriction in turning the neck or certain shoulder motions. Because there are so many causes of neck restriction, this treatment is just one option that has helped many people. One session is typical. Depending on the severity, up to three 30 minute sessions may be needed. $40 per session.

An increased range of motion treatment for external scars is also available, which uses a gentle form of e-stim to open blockages. This treatment usually provides instant results of decreased inflammation and pain reduction. The treatment is not for cosmetic results. Sometimes the appearance may change to a more natural flesh color. It doesn't matter if the scar is old or new. Before and after pictures plus testimonials are available upon request. This therapy pricing is based on the length of service, starting at $40.

TMJ Dysfunction

The joints for chewing, called the Tempero Mandibular Joints (TMJ), may become inflammed through a number of causes such as grinding your teeth in your sleep, trauma of an auto accident whiplash, concussion, hours of dental work. The inflammation may extend down the neck and toward a shoulder. A gentle service to bring down the swelling has been known to help ease discomfort, and have more freedom to chew.
